While all three roles play crucial parts in ensuring a smooth and beautiful wedding, they have distinct responsibilities:

1. **Wedding Planner**:

- A wedding planner is like the project manager of your wedding. We assist you in planning every aspect of your wedding from start to finish.

- We help with budget management, vendor selection, and overall logistics.

- We work with you from the very beginning, helping you choose venues, vendors, and themes that align with your vision.

- We coordinate with vendors, create timelines, and ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day of the wedding.

2. **Wedding Coordinator**:

- A wedding coordinator as a day-of coordinator or event coordinator, focuses on executing the plans you've made leading up to the wedding day.

- We step in closer to the wedding day to ensure everything goes according to plan.

- Our team manage the timeline on the day of the wedding, oversee vendor setup, and handle any last-minute issues or emergencies.

- We act as a point of contact for vendors, the wedding party, and guests, ensuring everyone knows where to be and when.

3. **Wedding Stylist**:

- A wedding stylist focuses specifically on the visual aspects of your wedding.

- We help create the overall aesthetic and atmosphere of your wedding, including color schemes, decor, floral arrangements, and stationery design.

- We work closely with you to understand your vision and then bring it to life through mood boards, design concepts, and coordination of decor elements.

- While we may assist with some logistical aspects related to design, our primary focus is on creating a visually stunning and cohesive look for your wedding.

At Vietcharm, we understand the importance of tailoring our services to meet your specific requirements while staying within your budget. During our initial consultation, we'll take the time to get to know you and your vision for your special day. By understanding your preferences, style, and budget, we can provide you with a personalized estimated quote for your wedding requirements. Our goal is to work closely with you to create a bespoke wedding decoration and planning package that reflects your individuality and ensures a memorable and stress-free experience. • The Premium Wedding Planning & Decoration Package will be from 10K The Diamond Wedding Package (Wedding Planner, Decoration and Coordination), will be from 20K
  

While we welcome you for meetings at our warehouse, please note that our stock is kept in storage, inaccessible to the public. However, we've curated an extensive portfolio showcasing many of our items for your perusal. If there are specific items you'd like to examine closely, don't hesitate to reach out to us for more information.

At Vietcharm, we pride ourselves on our ability to handle the majority of wedding elements in-house, including floristry, props, stationery, and even ceiling installations. However, we understand that some visions may require external suppliers. Rest assured, we have established trade relationships that allow us to secure these items at highly competitive prices, exclusively available to us.

We only offer DIY items for Gift trays and Tea Ceremony hire products. You can have a look at Hire products on our website.

Any booking cancellations must be made in writing. If any event Is cancelled the following cancellation fees shall be payable:

• All cancellations or changes of date incur a loss of full deposit + any monies paid or due to date. No credits will be given for change or transfer of date.

• All cancellations made within 30 days of your event will incur a loss of all monies due as stated on your final invoice, e.g. 100% of your Event costs due.

• For special circumstances, we still can give your deposit credit until you set up another date for the event

• Due to unforeseen circumstances, extreme weather conditions or accidents, Vietcharm- Wedding n Event, reserves the right to cancel any booking + refund any deposit or payments made.

The deposit plan will be set:

• 3 deposit instalments: If your event is more than 3 months from the date you booked.

• 2 deposit instalments: If your event is less than 3 months from the date you booked.

• Extra Express fee: If your event is 2 months or under from the date you booked.

Payment via cash, direct debit or overseas bank

When you meet our team, the first thing you need to do is provide us with information about:

• Wedding date/time

• Your estimated budget

• Number of guests

• Wedding location (if you are unsure, we can certainly help you!)

• Your desired wedding ideas and themes

You should start with a suggestion: "I want abc, my budget is xxx, please do the following abc jobs for me...". We also have a list for you to choose from, so don't worry!

For overseas couples, VietCharm can work remotely via email, video calls or apps like Whatsapp/Viber/Zalo… to support you 24/7 during the wedding planning process. During the time when the bride and groom have not come to Australia, any family member or friend can act as your representative, to come with us for venue inspection, menu selection, etc. and can sign a contract with VietCharm on your behalf.

With each wedding, we will always ask you about what you want, from colour schemes, decoration styles to content and words on each design product. From there, we will quote, close the contract and proceed to the stage of sketching,venue inspection, creating proposals and presenting ideas to you. With around 3 design revisions, we will be able to come up with the ideal concept and details for your wedding.

We understand the importance of careful preparation, especially for events like Tea Ceremonies held at home. We recommend booking our decoration packages at least 2 months in advance to ensure meticulous planning and execution. However, with the popularity of wedding days, it's easy for our schedule to fill up quickly. To secure your spot and ensure we can deliver our best, we advise consulting and booking with us early.

For couples opting for our Wedding Planning packages, particularly those who wish to create their own unique wedding concept, early consultation is key and at least 6 months in advance. The more time we have, the more we can dedicate to crafting a wedding that truly reflects your vision.

As the saying goes, "You can't rush art!" With ample time, we can be more creative and attentive to every detail, from design concepts to the preparation of handmade crafts. So, don't hesitate to reach out to us as soon as possible, allowing us the time and space to bring your dream wedding to life with precision and creativity.

3.**Ge quote**: Once you've submitted your request through the form, our team will get to work on creating a moodboard concept tailored specifically to your preferences and vision for your wedding day. We'll curate a visual representation of the aesthetic direction and style elements that we believe will best capture the essence of your wedding.

4. **Consultation**: During the consultation, we'll discuss your ideas, preferences, and budget based on the moodboard. Feel free to share any inspiration or specific requirements you have for your wedding day. We'll also provide you with information about our services, packages, and pricing.

5. **Book Early**: If you decide to move forward, we recommend booking our services as early as possible, especially if you have a specific date in mind. This ensures that we can secure our availability and dedicate ample time to planning and preparation.

6. **Collaborate**: Once booked, we'll work closely with you throughout the planning process. We'll develop mood boards, design concepts, and personalized packages tailored to your preferences. You'll have the opportunity to provide feedback and make adjustments along the way.

7. **Finalize Details**: As the wedding date approaches, we'll finalize all the details, including logistics, vendor coordination, and setup arrangements. We'll ensure that everything is in place for a seamless and memorable wedding day.
