2. What is the process when you want to use the service at VIETCHARM - Wedding and Event?

Customers who do not have much time and have a fixed budget can refer to the package decoration packages with fixed costs available on the website. These have different values ​​depending on the design and implementation of each wedding decoration package. These packages are flexible, you can add or remove decoration items to suit your requirements, the cost will be calculated according to the unit price. You can also choose to hire individual items completely to suit your requirements. For customers who would like to take their wedding to the next level, we have a Wedding Planner service package for consulting, planning the overall wedding decoration, completely personalised according to the requirements of the bride and groom without being duplicated with another wedding. We will help you figure out what you want, give you advice on what is the best option for you, and guide you through our process of making your event become a reality! If you are happy to go with us, our team will visit the event location for an inspection, further advise you then start our planning and implementation.

3. How long should you book the service and sign the contract before the event?

With decoration packages for events at home such as Tea Ceremony, you can book the service at least 2 months in advance to ensure careful preparation, but wedding days are usually beautiful days. It is easy to overlap with many other couples who have booked us in advance, so if you believe that we can deliver, you should consult and book with us early. 

 

With our Wedding Planning packages, especially for brides and grooms who want to create their own wedding concept, our advice is to come to us as soon as possible, because when we have more time, we will have more time and space to be more creative and carefully look after every little detail. 

“You can’t rush art!”. The more time we have, the more we can be attentive in terms of design concepts as well as preparation of handmade crafts.

4. Does the service work far away and work in the suburbs of the state, how much does it cost?

We do service in regional Victoria. The cost for destination wedding incurs an additional fee including expenses such as travel and accommodation for the team, transportation costs). 7. If I have made a deposit and made a contract but do not continue to use the service, can I get a refund?

If one of the two parties wants to terminate the contract and does not want to continue to perform the contract, the party terminating the contract will be fined an amount corresponding to 50% of the total deposit (after deducting the costs of other classes). item B has been completed). For customers experiencing force majeure and cannot continue to use the service at that time, we reserve a deposit for you to be able to use the service later. With the decoration packages, it is possible to change the items in the contract with the condition that at least 1 week's notice is required and the changed items are not handmade items must be prepared in advance.

8. What do wedding planners do?

As a young and dynamic Wedding Planner team, our mission is to orient and execute your entire wedding according to a unique and unified concept from start to finish, from the preparation for the wedding (choosing the wedding venue) , choose an invitation template, take you to try on wedding clothes, find a wedding photographer for you, ..) until the official wedding ceremony takes place (decorate as you want, find you a skilled MC, come up) a fluent program script, etc.). In short, we are an almighty assistant to support you throughout your wedding process.

9. What is the scope of Vietcharm's activities?

With each wedding, we will always ask you about what you want, from colour schemes, decoration styles to content and words on each design product. From there, we will quote, close the contract and proceed to the stage of sketching,venue inspection, creating proposals and presenting ideas to you. With around 3 design revisions, we will be able to come up with the ideal concept and details for your wedding.

B. ABOUT COSTS - CONTRACT - PAYMENT

10. What costs do I have to pay?

Because each couple has different ideas and different needs, the cost will also vary. We can't give a specific amount on the consultation date, but we can give you the estimated quote for your wedding requirements. So, when choosing ideas and discussing with our team, give us time to get to know you as much as possible, what your wedding budget is, so that we can best customise your wedding decoration and planning for you!

11. I don't need decoration service/program, just need the wedding planner to plan?

If we only follow and plan for you from A-Z (planning, creating timelines and programs, consulting and coming with the bride and groom to hair and makeup trials, trying on wedding dresses and suits, choosing suppliers...), then our service fee will be 10-15% of the contract value from your vendors.

12. I want to work directly with the supplier?

If the bride and groom want to be all pampered (which we can totally understand why!) - We can help you make an appointment for you to meet the vendors yourself and work with them, this is completely free of charge!

13. How do quotes and contracts work?

After finalising the implementation cost and decoration items, we will send you the final agreement. Our payment method is from 3 to 4 installments depending on each specific contract depending on the volume of work and each implementation stage.

14. If there is a fee, what should I do?

If you come up with more ideas, another request for the wedding decoration items, the incurred costs will be paid in the 3rd or last installment. However, if the additional cost is not too much compared to the original agreement, VietCharm is happy to support the bride and groom. For additional handmade items, please let us know as soon as possible so we can create them for you!

15. What is the form of payment?

We accept bank transfer or cash payment.

17. Where should I start?

When you meet our team, the first thing you need to do is provide us with information about:

  • Your estimated budget

  • Number of guests

  • Wedding location (if you are unsure, we can certainly help you!)

  • Your desired wedding ideas and themes

 

You should start with a suggestion: "I want abc, my budget is xxx, please do the following abc jobs for me...". We also have a list for you to choose from, so don't worry!

 

18. If the bride and groom are abroad, how do they work with VIETCHARM?

For overseas couples, VietCharm can work remotely via email, video calls or apps like Whatsapp/Viber/Zalo… to support you 24/7 during the wedding planning process. During the time when the bride and groom have not come to Australia, any family member or friend can act as your representative, to come with us for venue inspection, menu selection, etc. and can sign a contract with VietCharm on your behalf.

 

19. Is your wedding composed according to your own concept?

Absolutely YES! When working with wedding planners and stylists, some of you may worry about time, so you may just want it to be quick and simple. But there are many brides who don't like duplication, and Vietcharm’s wish is also for each wedding to be a unique story to tell!
