With over 9 years of experience in event planning and coordination, Anna Nguyen is the creative force and director behind Vietcharm Wedding & Event – a Melbourne-based business renowned for delivering elegant, bespoke weddings and culturally rich Vietnamese events.
Anna holds a Bachelor of International Business and brings 7 years of exceptional customer service experience, which reflects in every interaction with her clients. Her journey into the world of events began with a passion for cultural preservation and aesthetics, leading her to study wedding planning and decoration under one of Vietnam’s most prestigious luxury wedding planners.
Anna is also the Founder and Owner of Vietcharm – Ao Dai House, a high-end designer brand specialising in luxurious, custom-made Áo Dài, the traditional Vietnamese dress. This brand has become a staple in Melbourne’s fashion and cultural scene, regularly appearing in fashion shows, charity galas, Vietnamese festivals, and exclusive events.
As a naturally creative soul, Anna oversees the artistic and technical elements of Vietcharm’s designs – from florals and styling to ceremonial décor and stage layout. Her attention to detail, love for storytelling through design, and deep respect for Vietnamese traditions make her a trusted expert, especially in the intricacies of the Vietnamese traditional tea ceremony.
Anna also leads the Vietcharm Traditional Dance group, bringing cultural performances to life and enriching the Vietnamese-Australian community through art, heritage, and celebration.
Whether it’s a grand wedding or an intimate engagement, Anna ensures every event is beautifully styled, authentically rooted, and unforgettable.

As Director, Wedding Planner, and Brand Experience Lead at Vietcharm Wedding & Event, Chloe Nguyen is the driving force behind the brand’s soulful storytelling, polished aesthetics, and personalised client journeys. With a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management and years of experience across makeup artistry, sales, beauty, and wellness, Chloe brings a multidimensional lens to every celebration.
Known for her intuitive creativity and warm professionalism, Chloe blends design with purpose. Her ability to uncover what makes each client unique — their energy, their style, their story — is what allows her to curate unforgettable experiences that feel both refined and deeply personal. Chloe is the heart behind the harmony — where concept meets emotion, and elegance is infused with soul. Every detail she touches is rooted in authenticity, every design choice guided by a desire to tell your story with feeling, not just flair.
Her pursuit of a Master’s degree in Social Work while launching the business speaks to her passion for human connection and the beauty of community. It also equipped her with the emotional intelligence, adaptability, and grace under pressure that today’s fast-paced events industry demands.
